HOW TO ORDER

(1) Order via phone, fax or e-mail:
You can place your order via phone or fax. The contact phone numbers are
(972) 644-0376 or (214) 552-6997. If you decide to order via fax, please fax your order items to (972) 644-0376. You can also send us a mail for your order. Please write down all the product names and ID, so we can process your order quickly and correctly.

(2) Online order:
This is the easiest and fastest way to place your order. Just click the item you like and put in the shopping cart, then follow all the directions to complete the order procedures.


CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

You will receive a confirmation for your order via e-mail within 24 hours after you place your order


RETURN AND EXCHANGE PLOICY

All returns and exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of receipt with the original receipt. If the return or exchange is due to our error. Eastglance will refund your shipping cost. Otherwise, items should be shipped back at your own cost. It will take around one week to process after we receive the returned or exchanged item. A confirmation will be sent to you after we done with the process.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Your orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days after the procedure of credit card approval or receiving the check.
Our primary carrier is United Stated Post Services (USPS). We will use the Priority Mail service for all our shipping to ensure the best and fast services. It will take 2-3 business days for the delivery.
The shipping costs will be calculated based on the weights of the products you order. We may have the chance to adjust the shipping costs when there is a difference between the actual cost and our estimated rate, or there is any special packing needed.
